How it works

Three steps from order to review

Set it up once. After that every delivered order can bring a review, and nothing appears on your site until you approve it.

  1. Your dashboard and your store

    Connect your store or website

    On Shopify, Salla, Zid or WordPress, install the Qaseed app and enter the one-time code from your dashboard. On your own website, add one line of code.

  2. Your buyer's phone

    Buyers are invited after delivery

    A few days after an order arrives, Qaseed asks by WhatsApp or email. On your own website you upload your buyer list instead. The buyer opens the form in one tap.

  3. Your dashboard

    You approve, it appears

    New reviews wait for you. Approve one and it shows on its product page with a Verified buyer badge.

Questions stores ask us

I'm on Shopify, Salla, Zid or WordPress. How do I start?

Sign up here first and create your workspace. Then choose your platform, install the Qaseed app on your store (the plugin, for WordPress) and enter the one-time connection code your dashboard shows you.

Your products sync on their own. When you are ready, switch on automatic requests: from then on, delivered orders bring review requests.

I have my own website. Does Qaseed work for me?

Yes. Add your website, verify the domain and paste one line of code where reviews should appear.

Then upload your buyers from a spreadsheet, confirming you have the right to contact them, and send a campaign by email, WhatsApp or both.

Can I hide reviews?

Yes. New reviews wait for your approval, and you can show or hide any review at any time. Your star average and review count include only the reviews you show, and the widget never claims to show all reviews.

You can't change what a buyer wrote, their rating or their photos; you can reply publicly. Consumer rules in some countries limit hiding negative reviews, so choose fairly: our terms make you responsible for what you show.

What do I need for WhatsApp?

Requests go from your own WhatsApp Business number, connected through Meta in a few steps from your dashboard. You need a Meta business portfolio, a phone number for WhatsApp and a payment method on your WhatsApp account.

Meta charges for WhatsApp business messages and bills them to your Meta account, not through Qaseed. Email requests need none of this.

Who can write a review?

Only buyers you invited, and only for the products they bought: one review per order item. That is why every review carries a Verified buyer badge. There is no public "write a review" form.

Can buyers change or delete their review?

Yes, with the private link they receive. An edited review waits for your approval again. A deleted review leaves your site within 60 seconds, and you cannot stop it.

What happens when the trial ends?

Subscribe to keep sending requests. If you don't, sending stops, but the reviews already shown stay on your site and buyers keep control of their reviews.

Who owns the reviews and the data?

You can export your reviews and contacts at any time. We keep only what the service needs: names, email addresses, phone numbers and purchase facts. Our widgets track no one.

If you delete your workspace, it is erased after 30 days, photos and videos included.
